How to Order Retail Merchandise

  1. Simply give us a call, and talk to a real live person at 610-435-7481. Have your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card handy. Sorry we no longer accept checks or C.O.D.’s.
  2. We will ship to either a home or business address, in the United States. The shipping address MUST match the address on the billing credit card. We will not ship to a P.O. box. We do not accept International orders.
  3. All orders accepted Monday through Friday 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday will be shipped on Monday afternoon.
  4. We normally ship U.P.S. ground. We can ship U.P.S. red label overnight, or Second day blue label. These dramatically raise the shipping costs so plan ahead and call at least one week in advance if possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged because of sanitary and or hygiene reasons.

  • Beards
  • Wigs
  • Moustaches
  • Teeth or Fangs
  • Tights
  • Socks or Stockings
  • Eyelashes
  • Any type of Make-up

The standard in the industry has been NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This policy will remain in effect for any items shipped from October 1 through October 31. The rest of the year the following rules will apply.

  1. All items to be considered for return or exchange MUST have an eligible return authorization number on the outside of the box. You must e-mail us or call us and ask for a return authorization number. This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. If a “R A” number isn’t clearly printed on the outside of the box the shipment will be refused.
  2. Your return shipment must be postmarked no more than 3 days after you received your shipment from us.
  3. All items must include all the original packaging in good condition along with any instructions.
  4. The items must be in new condition and complete. We check that all pieces are included before we ship to you.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL ORDERS TO DETERMINE IF THEY QUALIFY FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHIPPING!

Special Orders
These items will be in quantities or sizes we usually don’t stock and they will require a 50% down payment before we will order them from our suppliers. These items will take a little longer to ship please call to receive shipping details and prices. AFTER PLACING A SPECIAL ORDER YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU CANCEL OR REFUSE THE DELIVERY. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

Quantity Discounts
If you order:
12 to 24 pieces of the same item you will receive a 10% discount.
25 or more pieces of the same item you will receive a 20% discount.
Quantity discounts will be considered Special Orders and as such cannot be returned or exchanged.
